My experience as volunteer and personal changes after EVS:
Especially after EVS I recognize that to live Healthy lifestyle it’s important for me. I start change my daily balance. During my stage I learned to how live healthy and right, that physical activity and sport are very important for my health and also, healthy eating is very helpful.
Changes in Arad:
I hope when I will be back in Arad more people will be involve in sport activites.
