Healthy education:
Before trying to have healthy habits, it is very important to inform yourself. Inform yourself about your metabolism, what lifestyle you have, what job are you doing, what food are you eating and what change would you do.
Healthy food:
The proverb says “you are what you eat”. The food you eat will determine what your day will be made of. Eating healthy and correctly related to what you need is essential.
Healthy thinking:
To think positive is one of the golden rules to have a healthy lifestyle. Avoiding stress by stepping back and having a critical view of your life is fundamental. “Keep calm and meditate”
Healthy body:
The human body is separated in three king of metabolism. Everybody has a percentage of those three metabolisms. Being aware of the criteria that they are composed is the beginning of a good awareness to have healthy habit.
Healthy exercise:
Doing daily exercise allow you to avoid stress, to keep a good shape, to have a good and resting sleep, and even better mental performances. We are talking here about walking instead of taking transports, taking stairs instead of elevators, run for half an hour a day and many other habits that don’t take too much time or effort in your daily life.
Healthy cooking:
To cook healthy is much simpler than major part of people expect it to be. It is all about balancing different kind of food and nutrients. Or different knowledge about cooking like using olive oil instead of butter to fright.

Being aware of the composition of different food is a plus to make a balanced diet.
